Which courts hear a dispute?
A dispute, controversy or claim that arises out of the use of this website or relates to it, to a transaction made on the website, or to the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms goes before the courts of Malaysia, which hold exclusive jurisdiction over it.
Can the venue be challenged?
It cannot: the customer waives any objection to the venue of legal proceedings, whether that objection is put on the grounds of an inconvenient forum or on any similar basis.
What about access from outside Malaysia?
This site represents nothing about whether its materials, products and services suit other locations, or are even available for use there; a visitor who reaches the site from outside Malaysia carries responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
