Which areas do we ship to?
Shipping runs country-wide, split across two service regions:
Peninsular Malaysia, with all states included.
East Malaysia, covering Sabah & Sarawak.
What happens between checkout and dispatch?
Every order is picked, checked and packed within 1–3 business days; that count runs on working days alone, so weekends and public holidays fall outside it. Once the order has been processed and released to the courier, a confirmation email goes to the address on the order, and it carries the tracking information issued for that parcel.
How long does the courier take?
One limit is worth stating plainly before the figures: we do not offer overnight or next-day delivery. Standard delivery runs to the windows below.
Read those windows as estimates rather than fixed dates: courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather all shift them.
What is charged, and how is a parcel followed?
Delivery is free of charge: the standard shipping fee is waived on our side, which is how we would rather pass value on. The single qualification is that a fee on specific bulk or specialised promotional orders may still be calculated at checkout from total weight and destination, where that applies. Tracking follows dispatch: when the parcel is in the hands of our courier partners, an email or SMS is sent carrying a tracking number and a direct link, and the package can be watched in real time from there.
